Rebrand secures Centurion's specialist status
Newport-based Centurion VAT has undertaken a rebrand in order to cement their status as an authority in their field.
The company will now be known as Centurion VAT Specialists ensuring that their credentials are clear to anyone looking for VAT advice.
Centurion VAT Specialists is a boutique consultancy with expertise in various sectors including education, local authorities, government departments, charities and manufacturing.
Director, Liz Maher, said, “After three years in business we decided it was time to refresh our brand. Between us we have over 90 years of experience and we want people to know about that up front, we are specialists and we want to shout about it.
“With VAT increasing this month it seemed like the perfect time to strengthen our corporate identity and let people know that we are here to offer them sound advice to get their business through this testing financial time.”
Centurion VAT Specialists employed the services of Cardiff-based design firm limegreentangerine to refresh the brand and create the company’s new website.
Located in Langstone Business Park, Centurion VAT Specialists review the VAT practices within corporate, public sector and charitable bodies and was originally set up by the University of Wales, Newport, in 1998, in order to help the higher education sector handle the complexities of VAT.
In 2007 it became an owner managed consultancy and has since expanded its VAT service offering across the public and corporate sector in Wales, identifying ways in which VAT can be used to improve cash flow and create savings for businesses on a contingency fee basis.
Centurion VAT Specialists currently services around 200 clients across south Wales, including the majority of Welsh Universities, Mitel Networks Ltd, Kimball Electronics (Wales) Ltd, Rockwool Ltd, Tesco, Wallich Clifford, and City and County of Swansea, as well as a range of professional advisers including Broomfield Alexander, KTSOwensThomas, Geldards and Chandler KBS.
